Restoreyou.health is an information resource specifically designed to support the rehabilitation you are already receiving from your physiotherapy practitioner. This resource may also help you to get a head start on any rehabilitation needs before seeing a physiotherapist for individual support.
Meet Alexandra Frankham, a physiotherapist and pelvic health coach from Jersey with over 15 years of clinical experience, teaching men, women, and young adults how to future proof their bodies.
1) Do you have symptoms of pelvic floor weakness:
2) Have you recently had a baby?
3) Are you about to have urological / prostate / or gynaecological surgery?
4) Are you menopausal?
If you answered YES to any of these questions then you will need to start doing pelvic floor exercises to strengthen your core to help you now and more importantly to help you for your future - may as well start now!
You do not have to become what you fear!
Our solution is to provide an online resource that you can follow in the privacy of your own home, on your phone, computer or tablet.
No online program is a complete substitute for one to one Physiotherapy and as such these programs are designed to be taken either while you are waiting for Physiotherapy, in conjunction with Physiotherapy, or to help with the maintenance of the exercises you have been given by your Physiotherapist.
If you don't have access to a Physiotherapist geographically then this is a great option!
Click on any of these conditions for further information.
This will help you choose the correct program. You can get started in just a couple of clicks.

Pilates is a great form of exercise to help with your core and general strength but it does not specifically focus on the pelvic floor.
